We are obliged to ask a number of questions and share some specific information with you. This shouldn't take too long and it will help to ensure that we honour everyone who volunteers as well as creating a safe place for people to participate in and serve in the life of our church.
We recognise the value and status of volunteers as being a core part of the church and the complementary roles they play alongside paid staff. To help set clear expectations, the Cornerstone Collective of Churches has a Volunteer Management Policy and a Volunteer Agreement as suggested by the Charity Commission.
